Twitter really tried to stay cool

By giving their users a new tool

It wasn’t desired

And Promptly backfired

If you use it you’re a fucking fool

A lady had snuck into school

Undercover and playing it cool

This entire sham

Was for Instagram

To get followers, oh what a tool

In days before hypertext linking

All we did was a whole lot of clicking

All the pages were text

Getting one to the next

Was impossible- what were we thinking?

I once had a blog entry, so clever

But now I’m at the end of my tether.
Because it’s turned crass
